Kosher Catering Menus That Reflect World Cuisines

Mitzuyan is part of a new breed of kosher caterers in Toronto and many other cities who are trying to change the perception and appeal of kosher cuisine. Kosher food can be so much more than matzo ball soup, chicken and brisket (although we do love those!). Kosher food can be delicious, stylish, and innovative. We know because we have talented chefs, trained in Europe, who design amazing kosher menus that reflect the more sophisticated tastes of today’s kosher consumers. They do this with fresh food, from approved vendors, and in accordance with COR standards.

It’s working. We know this because over and over, we hear this from  guests at events we cater:

I cannot believe this food is kosher!

As you know, there are many restrictions and challenges in preparing kosher cuisine. Mitzuyan Kosher Catering has overcome them and transformed non-kosher foods to kosher by using the correct combination of kosher ingredients and flavors. Our menus feature  East and West Indian, Cajun, Southwestern, and Latin influences. We even have kosher sushi.

Do You Want Traditional Kosher Food? ¡No Problema!

Yes, there have been thriving Jewish communities in Spanish-speaking countries.

We do, of course, make chicken soup and matzo balls and a lot more traditional Jewish foods. In fact, we have menus that include them, although not exclusively. But if you want to go all-out traditional then hey, we’re in. We customize menus all the time because we know that there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all when it comes to palates and taste preferences. We have included sample traditional kosher catering menus for your review. Take a look at them and call or email Norman with your questions.
